It would seem like this is not such a hard job. After all, a box of aluminum foil is long and skinny. Ditto for that parchment paper or plastic wrap. Even the box of gallon-sized Ziploc bags are similar in size and shape. Bath Tea Bags
But then you add some sandwich bags, or even quart-sized bags, and perhaps Crock-Pot liners…it’s really not so seamless anymore.
Then a friend introduced me to this variety pack of bags from Target. My jaw dropped. I thought it was brilliant. Now I’m not turning back.
Some of you: Yeah, nothing new. Knew about this for awhile.
Others: Why didn’t you tell me about this before?
Here are some FAQ’s.
What if I don’t need/buy all these sizes? You’ll find that when you have different sizes available, you end up using the size that is most appropriate for the item, rather than going to your defaults.
What if I use one size more than others?
No problem. I kept an extra box of gallons and quarts (my most frequents) in the cabinet below this drawer for refills. By the time I finished the refills, my other sizes were usually out too and it was time to replace.
It doesn’t look like it will help me so much. It only eliminates a couple of boxes for me.
You’ll see. It does. You’ll just have two or three long boxes alongside it and the drawer will definitely look neater.
Not done. Some people prefer different brands. Some people want something prettier.
There’s also acrylic versions to organize your bags (but then you actually need to buy each size of bag separately). (There’s actually lots of acrylic versions.)
There’s also white, black, or wood food storage organizers if that’s more your look (and yes, there’s also foil/plastic wrap holders if you want to make a completely box-less drawer).

Yes. There are acrylic and wood options above that you can fill on your own.
How about doing your own homework instead of filling us with your homophobic fears?
Sad when some people can’t or won’t accept others that are different. We are all Gods Children.

What’s the problem with Target? What happened?
They support Pride and other such agendas but too hard for me to stop shopping there. I did file complaint though.
Pretty much every non-Jewish store supports it. Amazon and Walmart do too.
Yes, that’s true, but target was particularly in your face about it and took it to an extreme this year with obnoxious displays and products for babies toddlers and children. As a result many people stopped shopping altogether and some ppl stopped just for June to make a statement and then just cutting back moving forward.

I agree too hard to stop shopping there. This is so cool I never knew about it. I love ziplock brand – I feel like it’s way way thicker and won’t freezer burn things. Does anyone see a difference with target brand bags ? Nervous to try

I keep bags in a cabinet since I don’t have enough drawer space. Any ideas on how to make this work or another solution for a narrow cabinet?

I got this on amazon for 19.97 and love it! Cuts foil very well. I don’t use much plastic wrap so I put parchment paper into the ‘plastic’ section and that cuts beautifully too. It comes with screws also for those that don’t have extra drawer space and want to hang on the wall.

My bags drawer is small and this is fully adjustable. I labelled the edge of the drawer with my labelmaker./…
I also have a really small bag drawer so the organizers don’t work for me. How do you do it? Do you take the bags out of boxes?
I love this! I do not have hate in my heart so I have no issue shopping at Target. Obviously we need a little more love in this world.
Plenty of love in my heart. But when children are being manipulated I draw the line.
People can do what they want, but when it starts to manipulate children that’s where I draw them line/ No more Target for me no matter what. I’ll find the product elsewhere. No more Bud light either. Work so many beautiful women to put on their can that put that MAN trying to be a woman.
Come on. Hashem created this world with the opposing feelings of love and hate. Each needs to be used accordingly. And yes some stuff are to be hated. Like when people are trying to destroy humanity with sick ideals. I have a lot of love in my heart for my family, friends, community… I’m a passionate teacher who loves kids, which you can’t be if you love “everything”. Everything comes at the expense of something else.
Go to the $1.25 store and buy a plastic box. Put all your aluminum foil, parchment , bag boxes in it. Put it under the sink. Problem solved!
